UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked. Every item is carefully packaged in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name on the outside.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
     

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked typically delivers within 1–3 business days (most orders arrive within 2 days).
     

  • Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and item size.
     

  • Tracking: A tracking number is provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
     

Important Notes:

  • We monitor all packages until they are marked as delivered.
     

  • In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked (International Tracked or Tracked & Signed, depending on destination). All items are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no external markings that reveal the nature of the contents.
